It probably goes without saying, but this Reggie Miller print is one of our big faves!!! Everywhere else it's just basketball...but this is Indiana!!!
As most of you know or should know...Reggie Miller was the most important player ever, in the history of Pacer basketball (by a long shot...pun intended)!!! He had an incredible 18 year career in the pros while wearing the blue and gold of the Indiana Pacers!!! Reggie's specialty was delivering daggers that sealed improbable victories. He did it at home and on the road, in the regular season and in the playoffs.
The man had ice water in his veins and no stage was too big for him. This great print captures Reggie doing work at Madison Square Garden!!! Here he is, nailing a clutch three from behind the arc...with only 5.9 seconds left in regulation. This shot forced an overtime!!! Reggie went on to score 38 points on the night leading the Pacers to a Game 4 victory in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals!!!
Check out Spike Lee in the front row. The Knicks number one fan could do nothing but watch the spectacle. Reggie Miller had schooled his beloved Knicks...again!!!
To frame this piece, we wanted to pull off something really special...so we decided to use two frames. The inner frame is a clear maple, just like the hardwood floors used around the NBA. The outer frame is a metal molding, with a nice black anodized finish. The print itself, is on heavy weight paper and the color and depth are excellent.
We used two mats on this piece...Pacer blue on top with a gold under mat to complete the look. If you're a Pacer fan you need one of these Reggie prints...and you know it!!!
